Robert H. Brandau The Former President of FOWA becomes Special Advisor               Robert H. Brandau is the former President of The Friends Of  Wayne Animal Society (FOWA) becomes a Special Advisor to the Board of Directors and is a non voting Board member.  FOWA is responsible for saving the lives of 334 animals last year. Some 117 dogs and 217 cats.  FOWA is significant because they never turn away any animals.   Robert wants to reform the state of animal control by creating micro chipping requirements for all dog and cat owners.
